TOKOYO NO SATO

Yamato Tachibana Vinegar

  • Utilizing Local Resources

Yamato tachibana is a legendary sacred tree mentioned in the Kojiki and Nihonshoki. It is said to be the oldest citrus species native to Japan. It is based on apple cider vinegar that is fermented slowly over time, so that you can enjoy the sourness of the vinegar and the refreshing aroma and sweetness of the juice.

TOKOYO NO SATO
Tokoyo no Sato thought of a way to let everyone somehow enjoy the greenery of the forest trees on its vast site of approximately 8 hectares in total, and the spectacular view from this elevated position overlooking Matoya Bay. As I spoke of this desire, I met a variety of people. We cherish the encounters between people and want this place to be a healing place for daily life and a place to recharge our batteries so that we can return to our respective places again. We would be happy if we could help to "bring smiles to the faces" of those who visit.
